While waiting for the pleasure of welcoming you to Au Petit Don, it is good to specify the rules of our guest house.
Our house is not a hotel. It is indeed a private place where we live as a family. A decent attire is required in the common areas. The public cannot access it freely.
We welcome you in our home so that you can enjoy the place and our hospitality during your vacation in historic Brittany.
Your arrival
Our wish is to welcome you in the best conditions. We therefore invite you to schedule your arrival from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For late arrivals, anything is possible subject to prior arrangement.
Your departure
At the end of your stay, we invite you to leave at 11:00 am at the latest. Not being  professionals, we need the time necessary to prepare the room as well as when you found it when you arrived.
A late check-out may also be possible with compensation and subject to prior agreement.
Breakfast
Your breakfast will be served in the dining room or on the terrace depending on the weather from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. please tell us the day before at what time you want to have it.
Dinner
We will welcome you with pleasure at our table on reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Do not forget to tell us about your food allergies or special diet, we will do our best to satisfy you.
In accordance with the table d'hôtes legislation, we can only accommodate at our table guests residing in the room.
As part of the protection of minors, the sale of alcohol is prohibited to anyone under the age of 18.
Your room
It has been carefully decorated and prepared to make every guest feel at home.
We invite you to take care of this living space in which you will be staying. Other visitors will follow you and enjoy the place as you did. The furniture, bedding, trinkets, the bathroom, are there to contribute to your well-being during your stay at Le Petit Don.
By respecting places and objects, it is us that you respect.
It is a tradition that in a guesthouse the bed is made by the residents and their belongings tidy. However, we do a daily clean-up to make sure you don't miss anything and to check that everything is going well.
It is of course not recommended to eat in the bedrooms, wash your clothes and dry them in the window, jump on the beds or even clean your shoes with the bedding. Anything intentionally soiled or damaged will be financially compensated by you.
In your room you will find in particular:
A flat screen TV with access to Netflix...
Secure wifi access (illegal downloads are prohibited)
A courtesy tray including a kettle with coffee, tea and herbal tea, a mini fridge.
A hair dryer.
Bed linen and towels.
Thank you for making good use of everything we put at your disposal to make your stay comfortable.
The garden
It is of course at your disposal to rest there, or possibly picnic there at noon. It goes without saying that it is forbidden to deposit your waste there or to pick flowers, fruits and vegetables.
The access to the wash house and the stream are not secure, your children must remain under your supervision, we decline all responsibility if an accident should unfortunately occur.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
In compliance with decree 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, it is strictly forbidden to smoke (or vape) in the house, including your room.
It is of course possible to smoke in the garden but out of respect for the place we ask smokers not to throw their butts there (we will put an ashtray at your disposal).
Each resident in a guest room agrees to respect all interior and exterior spaces. In case of degradation he will have to financially assume the repairs.
The kitchen is not accessible to guests.
The owners can in no way be held responsible for any theft, damage or bodily injury to the property.
Pets are accepted under conditions, we have a nice cat, Choco, who does not have access to the guest room for hygienic reasons, even if you love cats, please do not invite him there ;).
